Before founding AscendWorks, Don worked in Fortune 500 enterprises, start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures. With a high-tech background and entrepreneurial know-how, he helps business professionals with the clarity and systems required to compete.
Don has held executive positions in software companies and is adept at designing, building and training in business technology systems. Don is noted for delivering clarity with passion to audiences. He shares his passion for growth and winning as well as teaches the methodical steps to accomplish a dream.
Don has a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester. He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife and three children.
Jeff Payne is sought out by growth-minded individuals every day for his knowledge about positioning and branding. Jeff is a serial entrepreneur who enjoys developing people and creating business systems for connecting with the customer.
Jeff is highly focused on the customer experience and how positioning, branding and selling are done in the new economy. He has tested and mastered the selling strategies for the attention economy. His speaking and training have transformed how business professionals think about attracting, winning and retaining their customers.
Jeff has a passion for helping people grow and learn to connect their message with their target audience. Jeff resides in Dallas, TX with his wife. He has a son who attends Baylor University.
